To provide support across the business with general office administration tasks. A typical day will include a mixture of answering the telephone, preparing renewal and new business documents for others to complete, to deal with straightforward policy changes, to run a suite of reports within a schedule, to manage calls backs on business to follow up, to support the business with adhoc tasks.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Experience of working with an office environment
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent telephone and written communication skills, and general customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, and prioritise work in order to meet required deadlines.
  • Organised and methodical approach to work
  • Thorough understanding of the Company’s IT platform (after suitable training has been given).

ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To prioritise work tasks in order to produce timely outcomes.
  • To process work and resolve enquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
  • To perform and complete business transactions in accordance with the Company’s standards.
  • To maintain accurate and secure records in relation to work carried out.
  • To undergo training in all aspects of systems, products, and procedures.
  • To comply at all times with the requirements of the FCA rules.
  • To undertake all other duties as reasonably required by the Directors.
