What’s the job all about?
You’ll be making outbound calls to existing customers who have taken out a free 30-day GAP policy with the purchase of their new vehicle. By advising customers on which products meet their demands and needs you’ll convert these warm leads into full term products.
You’ll be liaising with industry leading clients and consumers who expect the highest level of service, and to make this simple for you to consistently deliver, you’ll benefit from working with a defined sales process and bespoke system.
