Unlike many other recruitment agencies, we offer up to six months to pay a full invoice, showing our confidence in the investment that you are making.
This can be tailored to suit the needs of your business and cash flow.
All margins for permanent placements range between 12%-15% fixed fee across all positions, against an industry average of 15%-20%.
Example: Based on a £20,000 salary, 12% would be a £2,400 fee. This would be broken down into three monthly payments of £800, payable at the end of each month following the commencement of employment, and would run for the duration of the introductory period.
